About Us

Peak Handyman Services was founded in 2026 by me, Beau Michael Peterson. I’m a Placerville local who grew up in a small town, where I learned early on the value of hard work, honesty, and taking pride in what you build. I’ve always had a passion for hands-on work, and with a background in light construction and roofing, I bring practical experience and a careful, detail-oriented approach to every job – whether it’s a quick repair or a list of projects you’ve been putting off.

Before starting Peak Handyman Services, I spent over 10 years working in pharmacy, including managing and operating compounding labs. That work taught me the importance of precision, reliability, and problem-solving – skills I now apply every day in my handyman business. Over the years, I found myself helping friends, family, and neighbors with home projects more and more, and eventually I decided to take the leap and turn what I love doing into a business dedicated to serving my local community.

I’m proud to live in Placerville with my wife and family. We enjoy gardening, home improvement projects, and working on our homestead together. We recently finished building a chicken coop and are excited to begin raising chickens and harvesting our own eggs. Our household also includes three active golden doodles and two guinea pigs, which keeps things lively. Our son is grown, and our daughter is currently a junior at El Dorado High School.
